Shipping & Returns 

Orders will be sorted as soon as possible: For the UK, we aim so have them sent out to you within 2-5 days of purchase. All parcels are sent via Evri or Royal Mail and will come with a tracking number. For Europe and the US, your parcels will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked and should arrive between 5-10 days.

If ordering for Christmas, we advise for orders to be placed before 10th December to guarantee delivery. Orders placed after this date will still be processed and sent, but due to the demand all postal services experience over the holidays, we cannot guarantee a speedy arrival. Orders placed over the Christmas and New Year period (23rd Dec-2nd Jan) will not be processed until 3rd January. As I’m sure you can understand, we will be having a family Christmas filled with presents, food and pyjama days and, unfortunately, it is usually frowned upon to walk to the post office in one’s dressing gown.

Commissions

Any images sent by customers will not be shared by the artist. However completed artwork is owned by the artist and may be used on this website and social media for advertising (unless specifically requested otherwise by the customer). Any artwork-drawing, engraving, or otherwise-cannot be copied and redistributed as legal action will be taken should this occur.

All commissions (unless they are too large, in which case it will be Parcelforce) are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, tracked and insured. International customers may have to adhere to custom and/or import charges.

Payments for commissions remain confidential to each customer, payment instalments are available and a payment plan will be discussed for each commission. A 10% deposit is required for each commission, this is refundable only within 48 hours of ordering. Cancelling after this time may result in losing your deposit as the artist may have started on your order. However please contact the artist as they may be able to sort your request. Only the artist and the customer are involved in the commission process. Payments may be completed via online banking or via PayPal. Cheques are not accepted. Failure to pay for the final product will result in legal action and the artwork will not be sent until the final balance is paid. The artist cannot be held responsible for any postal delay and requests the customer to contact Royal Mail.
